Curry Fish Head - we use imported KingKlip fish for our curry fish head, as it has the taste & texture profile that is suitable for our recipe. King Klip is caught off the cold waters of New Zealand, processed and frozen at sea hence giving us the freshness & quality consistency we look for in all our dishes.

Moroccan Curry Lamb Shank - we use New Zealand lamb shank for our Moroccan influenced lamb shank. Done with generous amount of vegetables & spices. A must try !

Both these dishes are great with a simple bowl of brown & white rice and a side order of our garlic stir fried organic vegetables from our menu.
